The majority of randomized clinical trials for immuno-oncology exclude patients with significant comorbidities, yet these patients make up a large proportion of the immuno-oncology population.Our data asset offers insights into the relationship of specific comorbidities, adverse events and biomarkers with immuno-oncology prognosis, bridging an important knowledge gap and informing treatment and follow-up decisions.
Evidenced by our data which yielded a higher prevalence of Dementia of 10% compared to 5% with structured data alone.

Reason for treatment line switch

Combining structured data with rich EHR narrative data can improve our understanding of toxicity reasons, as evidenced by our data which yielded a higher auto-immune disease detection of 13.5 % compared to 4.7 % with structured data alone.
